Cancellation Policy at The Eastwood Retreat
Hair & Beauty Salon in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire

Your appointments are very important to the team at The Eastwood Retreat.  We take your appointment as a verbal contract and the time slot is reserved especially for you.  For this reason, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive our services. 

With Covid-precautions in place in the salon, and reduced numbers of appointments available, it’s even more important to us that we are able to keep our team members’ schedules filled.

We therefore respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us ASAP and a minimum of 24 hours in advance. 

If we don’t receive 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, a cancellation charge of 50% will be payable.

All returning clients who fail to attend an appointment will be asked to pre-pay in full for their next appointment. 

We completely understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute which are out of your hands, and can assure you that we will be sympathetic.

Consultations and Skin Allergy Patch Tests

Clients who have not had an eyelash, brow or hair colour service with us before, or have not had a one of these services for over six months at The Eastwood Retreat must make arrangements for a consultation and skin allergy test first.   

You will also need to be allergy tested if you have had Covid-19 or been vaccinated.

Allergy tests must take place no later than 48 hours before a colour service appointment.  A Cancellation Fee may be charged if you do not visit us to have a consultation and allergy test in sufficient time.
