How Does PureDerma Skin Remodeling Work?

PUREDERMA is an advanced method of skin rejuvenation which uses both microneedling and radio-frequency to stimulate the body's natural healing process.  This in turn encourages collagen production which results in smoother, younger-looking, tighter skin. 

Using gold-plated insulated needles, PUREDERMA allows us to target both the deep dermis and epidermis layers of the skin with a microneedling treatment while the RF energy simultaneously moves throughout the entire treatment area.

The radio-frequency waves penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin, heating the collagen fibres to 55°C-65°C.  This stimulates the body's natural healing process, increasing cell turnover and the natural production of collagen and elastin in the treatment area.
