My visit was great as always ,new nails and lashes ready for my weekend at the Belgium Grand Prix.Always made to feel welcome and as usual Charlotte worked her magic

After searching around for some time, to get some skin tags removed I came across the Eastwood Retreat. After looking at the excellent reviews I decided to book a consultation. Arrived and was able to have the treatment there and then. Really pleased with the results. This has made a huge difference to how I feel and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Michelle was lovely, very welcoming and friendly, as was everyone else. I will be returning for future treatments as well. Thanks for a great service x

I found this place on Google, I had a rather large skin tag that I wanted removing. I am so happy with the removal, the after care was brilliant. I felt at ease the whole time. Just had a "spur of the moment" deep tissue back massage with Charlotte after suffering muscle pain this weekend. Wow! She was absolutely fantastic. Felt so much better straight away and what a brilliant massage. She checked that the pressure was fine and applied hot stones to ease the muscle strain. Amazing massage and highly recommend Charlotte

First time here to have my hair cut. Being disabled, in a wheelchair and needing my partners help transferring to and from the washbasin can make a trip to a hairdressers a bit of a stress to say the least. Not so here. Both of us were met and greeted with warmth,friendliness and there was no fuss with me being in a wheelchair. Olivia was extremely friendly and helpful. The relaxed atmosphere made it a pleasure and not a stressful outing.Couldn’t have asked for better. Have already booked in again and feel able to look into facial treatments here. The precautions taken regarding Covid were really good. Thank you so much.

Absolutely love my visits to The Eastwood Retreat. Everyone is always so very welcoming and so professional. The Covid measures taken by the staff are second to none, which are so incredibly important in the times we are currently living in. I always come out feeling wonderful after having my nails done and hair cut. The time taken to understand my needs is wonderful and I always feel as though I am being listened to. Like

Went to have my hair cut this time around. I've had a quite a few massages and they have been amazing as well. Olivia was warm and friendly, she listened to what I want done and did just that. Eastwood Retreat team are warm and friendly and will help you with anything. Just like Olivia did with me when I asked about getting my nails done, I don't have clue about anything like that, bit she helped me. An amazing place to go.

Elemis facial including head massage and arms, hands treatment was the best ever. Wonderfully aromatic, so professionally carried out, I loved every minute of it. Eager to go again soon . Telling all my friends and family about this place. Can't recommend highly enough!

I went to Eastwood retreat for a full body deep tissue massage. The ladies were so welcoming and lovely. Upon entering it was COVID secure and extremely clean. The beautician who completed my massage was extremely professional and gave me an amazing massage! I would highly recommend this place for all your beauty treatments!

One of the best facials I’ve ever had. I had the hour long Elemis touch facial. Amazing value and it includes so much (even a foot massage whilst the mask was on)! Love the Elemis products they use too. First time of undoubtedly many for me - can’t wait to be back.

First came here for my friends 30th Birthday during covid period, everything was excellent from applying hand gel/washing hands on arrival, the salon was clean, lovely staff, decor and service which made me feel safe and happy to be there. I have had massages/facial and shellac finger nails/toes. Definitely would recommend.

First time back since lockdown at Eastwood Retreat for some much needed treatments today. Had a facial, hot stone massage and manicure. Feeling very relaxed now, thank you ladies!

The staff are lovely at Eastwood Retreat. You can be sure that all Covid regulations are adhered to and the salon is spotless. Parking on site an added bonus.

After being a regular customer at Eastwood Retreat, I’ve got to know all the staff well and such lovely ladies they are! I guarantee I walk out the salon after every treatment feeling a million dollars! Michelle runs the business so well, the new salon looks stunning and I always look forward to my next treatment! I feel a sense of normality, like covid never happened just able to forget about it which is a nice distress from work. Safety and cleanliness is so clear when you first walk in! Michelle and all the girls are so professional, welcoming and customer service is always impeccable! After first meeting Chloe for my first treatment at Durban House 2 years ago, I’ve never looked back, I’ve found my salon hopefully for life! I don’t want to go anywhere else! Isabelle, Chloe, Charlotte, Amber, Michelle, Tilly and Liv you’re all so talented, the salon is one a million! I can’t imagine going anywhere else! My brows are amazing everytime I leave no matter who does them! I feel so confident with good brows and I’m so thankful for you all for that! Charlotte thank you so much for my makeup for my birthday in February you’re talent is off the chart can’t begin to tell you how amazing I felt! Isabelle, thank you for my birthday nails in Feb as well, I loved having them done and you’re so great at nails too! I love getting my lashes and brows with you! All of you make me feel so at home! I came for a hot stone full body massage and a spray tan with Chloe. I’m a Spa manager and I like to try out lots of places and I can hands down say that the Eastwood Retreat is my favourite for treatments. I enjoyed it that much that I booked in for my hair with their hair dresser Liv and I’ll definitely be back for more treatments in the future. The manager, Michelle is a treasure. She’s really hard working and I love that she is always in treatments herself. You can really feel the love every time you walk in. Jess and Charlotte who are on reception always make you really feel welcome. And the salon just smells beautiful like Elemis frangipani and it’s lovely. They also sell all the Elemis products and they’re very reasonable priced. It is the only place I will buy my skin care from now. Thank you girls, and I’ll see you again very soon x

Just got back from the best massage and facial that I have ever had! Felt completely safe in this incredibly clean place. Certainly Covid Secure! It was great to escape life for a while. Thank you Michelle - will be back very soon 🙂
